The soldier reached out to the Ukrainian people himself—because of systematic abuse by his commanders.

A command post and field ammunition depots near Mangush in the Donetsk region were discovered thanks to information provided by a Russian servicemember who himself made contact with the underground resistance. This was reported by the “ATESH” movement.

A Russian serviceman, mobilized in 2022, passed on information to the resistance about the occupiers’ command post near Mangush in the Donetsk region. The “ATESH” movement reported this on its Telegram channel.

According to the movement, the soldier reached out to the underground on his own initiative—due to systematic abuse by his commanders. Thanks to him, it was possible to uncover not just individual positions, but an entire strategic area: both the command post and field ammunition depots. The coordinates, according to the movement, were promptly passed on to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The statement says that precision strikes destroyed the command post and launchers, completely cut off communications, paralyzed command and control, and neutralized the occupiers’ firepower in this sector.

In conclusion, the movement expressed the view that Vladimir Putin has no intention of ending the war, despite heavy losses, and is conducting a covert mobilization; therefore, the Russian army and the regime must be stopped.
