The distribution unit is damaged.
Partisans from the “ATESH” movement disabled electrical equipment at a rocket fuel production plant in the Rostov Region. The facility in question is the “Kamensk Plant” in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing a post by the movement on Telegram.
The Kamensky Plant supplies electricity to a defense industry enterprise that manufactures solid rocket fuel for the “Uragan,” “Smerch,” “Tornado-S,” and other multiple-launch rocket systems, as well as aviation systems.
It is noted that damage to the distribution node creates local operational issues for the enterprise and requires time to repair the equipment.
“Such incidents inevitably cause disruptions in production chains and force factory specialists to focus on recovery efforts instead of manufacturing products,” the partisans write.
Furthermore, such targeted attacks behind enemy lines complicate logistics and the operations of enterprises involved in supplying the Russian army.
“We continue to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in the rear infrastructure that supports the war effort,” added “ATESH.”
