I read the headline: “What Can We Expect from Ukraine’s New Negotiations with Russia?”

My answer: “Nothing.”

As long as Putin is rolling in money flowing into Russia thanks to insane oil prices, there’s nothing to expect. Because with that money, he can churn out drones and missiles, recruit new soldiers, and buy off new politicians and “information agents.”

And not only can he live in hope of a breakthrough on the front lines or a revolt in Kyiv (neither of which will happen), but he can also wait for even more of his “clients” to come to power in key countries.

And as long as Putin clings to his f...ing delusions, he won’t agree to any compromises. Well, we won’t agree to his ultimatums.
