The Ukrainian Armed Forces Destroyed Two Su-34s At An Airfield In The Volgograd Region

The Russian Air Force has suffered further losses.

On October 29, 2026, Ukrainians struck the “Marinovka” military airfield, located near the town of Oktyabrsky in Russia’s Volgograd Region, according to the Telegram channel “Spy Dossier.”

This airfield is used by the 11th Mixed Aviation Regiment.

According to reports, two Su-34 aircraft were destroyed as a result of the strike. Two servicemen from the regiment were killed, and two others were wounded.

This military airfield had previously been targeted by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Specifically, on June 27, 2025, representatives of the SBU and Special Operations Forces reported the destruction of two Su-34s and damage to two other Russian aircraft on the territory of this complex.
