A Doctor Put Forward An Unexpected Theory Regarding The Plague Outbreak In Russia

A biological weapons test?

In the Irkutsk Region of the Russian Federation, quarantine measures have been implemented following the death of an employee of the anti-plague institute. Under medical supervision nearly 200 people are under medical observation, several medical facilities have been closed for quarantine, and the authorities are avoiding direct comments about a possible plague outbreak.

How dangerous is a possible plague outbreak in Russia? Could it spread? The website Charter97.org posed these questions to Alexei Nosov, a Belarusian doctor living in Spain:

— The fact is that the plague can be dangerous for a certain group of people. Let me explain. About five years ago, in an interview, I mentioned that one of my classmates from university works in a microbiology lab. They have strains of the plague that don’t affect the Eastern Slavic group. They were developed specifically for that purpose.

It’s possible that a certain strain has already been released. In other words, it won’t affect a specific ethnic group, but it will affect everyone else. This is most likely a trial run, a test of a biological weapon. Because with today’s microbiology, the plague is nothing more than a carefully calibrated dose of antibiotics—specifically streptomycin, which, incidentally, was originally invented to treat it. Consequently, if there is currently an outbreak of a bacterial disease that is spreading and cannot be controlled by any antibiotics, then it is a component of a biological weapon. Just so you understand what we’re talking about.

So I don’t know if it’s dangerous or not, or for whom it’s dangerous and for whom it isn’t. That’s worth figuring out. If there is a specific pattern based on nationality among the people who have fallen ill now, then we can get a clearer picture. If not, it will be difficult to do so for now.

— There are reports that Russian authorities are deleting posts and hiding details of what happened. Why is this cover-up dangerous?

— For the reason I mentioned: most likely, they are testing biological weapons. In other words, they’re covering it up, but they’re collecting statistics. Because no matter how reactionary the government may be, in cases like this, they still keep certain records and investigate what’s happening.

None of this is left to chance. The people responsible for this are fully aware of all the data. If this is some kind of random outbreak, then these bacterial colonies are already growing on agar plates. Accordingly, pure colonies will be isolated, and antibiotic sensitivity will be determined. It’s very difficult for me to say right now what has already been done and what might be done, but that’s roughly the process. And if, on top of that, this is a predictable outbreak, then they have all the data on this bacterium’s sensitivity to specific antibiotics. Consequently, they have certain forecasts, goals, and objectives. Since this is being kept under wraps, it’s difficult to assess those goals and objectives.
