Marco Rubio stated that Moscow is obligated to share information with the world.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated on Tuesday, October 6, that Russia must provide more information about the death of a female employee at a plague research laboratory, who died last week.
He made the remarks while speaking with reporters in Iceland, according to Reuters.
According to him, Washington is monitoring this incident “very closely.”
“I believe that Russia clearly has an obligation to share a great deal of information with the world,” Rubio said.
He also noted that the U.S. has “measures” at its disposal to assist Russia if the situation turns out to be more serious than previously thought, but before intervening, they need to learn more.
