At least three missiles were launched.

A video has been posted on the Web that allegedly shows Ukrainian Flamingo missiles launching at strategic facilities in Russia on March 28. These long-range missiles attacked the Promsintez military plant in Chapaevsk in Russia's Samara region, writes Dialog.UA.

The very short video shows the launches of three missiles from one angle. The video is published by the Telegram channel Exilenova+.

Social networks earlier showed video and photos of strikes on the Promsintez plant in Chapaevsk, from which it can be concluded that the AFU used Ukrainian long-range missiles "Flamingo", capable of flying up to 3,000 kilometers with a payload of 1,000 kg. These missiles have been used by the AFU since 2025 to destroy Russian strategic facilities.

The Promsintez plant in Chapaevsk belongs to the Russian military-industrial complex, so it is a legitimate target for the AFU. This enterprise makes explosives for the Russian army.

On the night of February 28, the AFU launched air strikes against military and strategic facilities in different regions of Russia, not just in the Samara region. For example, Ukrainian UAVs attacked an oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region, which supplies fuel and lubricants to the Russian army.

A Russian Defense Ministry summary claims that Russian air defense over Russian territory tonight allegedly shot down 155 Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs.
