Trump Has Announced The Total Destruction Of The Iranian Navy

US President Donald Trump said that in three days of Operation Epic Fury, the US has completely destroyed the Iranian navy, sinking 42 ships and significantly paralyzing Iran's sea and air capabilities.

Trump said the operation disabled Iran's air force and disrupted Iran's communication channels. "It was the end of their navy. We took out their air force and disrupted communications... I don't know how they're communicating now, but I think they'll figure something out. They're not doing very well," the president said during the Shield of the Americas summit.

The U.S. side thus assesses the effect of the operation as a complete suppression of Iranian military capabilities at sea and in the air, as well as the destruction of the country's telecommunications infrastructure.
