The president of Ukraine named two versions.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky believes that the blocking of social networks in Russia may be related to large-scale mobilization.

The head of state said this in an interview for a telethon.

"Restricting access to social networks in the Russian Federation is not related to limiting criticism of their head of state. But, in my opinion, with a deeper task. So that there are no riots.

What could cause riots in the northern neighbor? Because of, in my opinion, several things. First of all, general mobilization, large-scale mobilization. This is the mobilization of people from the central cities, in particular - Moscow and St. Petersburg," he explained.

In Zelensky's opinion, Russia needs large mobilization in order to repeat a major offensive on Ukraine.

"Option B, in order to less cost and less effort and make a parallel offensive, small, where you can be limited to a smaller number of combat forces. Because this or that state, for example, the Baltic States, are not ready for a strong confrontation. Because they are small, not because they are not brave and Russians are brave," the Ukrainian president said.
