Spokesman Peskov said today:

"The President, speaking at a press conference in the Kremlin, said that he would be ready to meet with Zelensky at any moment in Moscow for negotiations, as well as at any other point, but at any other point it makes sense to meet only if the process is fully finalized."

The President bent with words, like an acrobat in a circus, you could say, sat on his head. "Finalize the process"! To put it in Russian, to stop the massacre started by Putin's decision on February 24.

But the thing is that the invention of such murky constructions says the same thing - Putin is not ready to stop the massacre.

When they want to stop it, they do not send forward empty-headed secretaries publicly disgraced by the word "blizzard", but speak themselves and say clearly: "I have decided to offer Ukraine an unconditional ceasefire, withdrawal of troops, creation of a neutral zone, control measures. I am ready to meet immediately with the President of Ukraine to discuss the details on neutral, mutually acceptable territory. I propose that from now on all issues be resolved peacefully, excluding the use of force."

That's the agenda for Russia.

P.S. I wonder if Peskov also uses the made-up verb "to finalize" in his personal life? For example, does he tell Navka, "Now I'm going to finalize dinner and go watch Solovyov"?"
