The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry told about the unusual "collection".

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga said.

- Over the previous years, I gathered a small collection of diplomatic notes from very influential states with appeals not to strike Russia during parades when their leaders were there," he said.

The minister said that this is a recognition of Ukrainian capabilities and a signal: "don't mess around with Ukraine.
