Russia May Lose A Third Of Its Territories

The situation needs to be assessed objectively.

If nothing changes in the next few years, Russia will lose a third of its territories. The threat to Russia's territorial integrity does not come from Ukraine or even separatism in the Caucasus - it is quite clearly fixed in the ideological attitudes of the Chinese leadership, which seriously intends to return "historical lands. We are talking about about one and a half million square kilometers, but, most likely, China's appetites will not stop there: a huge empire always needs to expand.

That is why, if we want to talk about the future of Russia, the situation must be assessed objectively. Any attempt to build this future can be realized only in one case - if the imperial mechanism of governance will be finally buried, both ideologically and organizationally.

Dreamers about "beautiful Russia of the future" try to avoid this issue. Unfortunately, these people have affected not only the Russian-speaking space. In an attempt to maintain access to Western grants, they have for years imposed a convenient illusion and poisoned the minds of decision-makers in Washington, Brussels and other Western capitals. Western politicians still think that everything in Russia will change on its own. It won't. You do not negotiate with a cancerous tumor - you cut it out.

Today, the force capable of defeating the cancerous tumor already exists - it is Ukraine. To help Ukraine in this is the duty of every responsible citizen of Russia. To deny such a necessity is a real betrayal of our country's interests. Our task is to help Russia find its place in the civilized world. But this will not happen until Russia suffers a military defeat. This is not a catastrophe for Russia. This is its only chance.
