Reminder, it has not yet been officially reported what the results of the campaign to re-register religious organizations were.

"The secret" was given out by Alexander Lukashenko himself, who, meeting with Graham, a pastor close to US President Donald Trump, said:

"There are 850 Protestant communities, 20 missions and 5 educational institutions in Belarus. Therefore, your denomination is very widely represented here," the dictator said.

Obviously, he voiced the data prepared by the office of the Commissioner for Religions and Nationalities.

"Christian Visión" has calculated: before the re-registration, according to the information on the website of the Commissioner, there were 931 communities of all Protestant denominations in Belarus. If the data, cited by Lukashenko, are complete, it turns out that 81 organizations were liquidated.

There were also 21 Protestant missions in Belarus before the re-registration, so one of them is now closed. The number of educational institutions has not changed.
