A fire broke out.
On the night of Saturday, May 16, the Russian Federation's Stavropol region complained of a drone attack. The target of the drones was once again one of Russia's largest chemical industry enterprises, Nevinnomyssky Azot, reports OBOZ.UA.
After a series of explosions, a fire broke out there. The Russians shared the relevant footage online while complaining about the air defense system.
They claimed that not a single shot was fired and all the UAVs hit the target.
This plant in Nevinnomyssk is part of the EuroChem group. It specializes in the production of mineral fertilizers (ammonia, urea, ammonium nitrate) and is a strategic facility, as its products are used for military purposes, in particular for the production of explosives and ammunition.
It should be recalled that in 2025, after the Ukrainian drone attack, the Nevinnomyssky Azot chemical plant in Stavropol Krai (Russian Federation) stopped its work. Then it was possible to damage the anti-drone defense of the enterprise.
