"The Belarusians Will Say, 'Finally Cleaned Up The Mustache'"

An attack on Ukraine will lead to the overthrow of the dictatorship in Belarus.

Russian opposition activist and human rights defender Mark Feigin said about the possibility of such a scenario in an interview with the YouTube channel "KurbanovaLIVE", commenting on Lukashenko's recent statements and information about a possible attack on Ukraine by Belarus. The website Charter97.org quotes a fragment of the conversation:

- Lukashenko is well aware that Moscow is far from the front line, while Minsk is close," he said. - And Ukraine, as in February-March 2022, will no longer have questions about attacking the territory of Belarus and specifically Lukashenko himself, and you understand, for him the most important thing in Belarus is himself. If he cared about Belarus, he would not turn it into the territory occupied by Russia. Russian troops have been stationed there for many years.

That's why everything he pretends is an attempt to ward off the threat. Even if some attack starts from the north, he will say: "Dear friends, it's not me, it's them, they are occupying me, don't kill me". That's what it's for.

We don't know what he talked with Putin on May 9, there was clearly a conversation there. He came and started making psychotic statements.

It will be complicated in Belarus. Rockets and drones will fly at once, the distance is small, everything will start the same way as now in Tuapse, only much, much worse. Close distance. All his 20 residences around the country will be destroyed. Maybe he will be in them, maybe not. But Lukashenko is not ready to stay in a bunker forever, you know? And this is taking into account that the Belarusian population hates him. If he is killed, everybody will cross themselves and say: "Finally, they have cleaned up the mustache. His environment is disloyal, by and large. He holds it by the throat only by repressions and the presence of Russian troops. Nine million Belarusians do not need this Lukashenko.

Attack on Ukraine - yes, it is a real danger, but there will not be such a sudden, terrible attack as there was in 2022.

Everybody is ready. It's going to be a meat grinder. Somewhere they'll go in, and that's where they'll stay. But the most important thing is that it's not going to be like 2022. Now it's all going to fly to Minsk. Maybe even Ukrainian troops will come in from Volyn somewhere. This should not be ruled out. Maybe it will be a pretext to finally solve the problem of Belarus and the Belarusian dictator.
