Ukrainian special forces released footage of the strikes.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Special Operations Forces have disabled the railway bridge on the “Dzhankoy–Kerch” line near the village of Razdolnoye in annexed Crimea. This was reported in Facebook by the Ukrainian Armed Forces Special Operations Command, which posted corresponding photos.
According to the Special Operations Command, the strike on the railway bridge near the village of Razdolnoye was carried out on the night of June 18. The operation was carried out by MiddleStrike drone operators from the “Ballista” special operations unit, part of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Special Operations Forces statement notes that the strike on the railroad bridge near Razdolne is part of an effort to disrupt the logistics of the Russian occupiers. The Special Operations Forces will continue to target Russian logistics.
On June 18, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out airstrikes on several railway and road bridges simultaneously in occupied Crimea and in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region. For example, they attacked a railway bridge near the Vladislavivka station and a road bridge connecting occupied Henichesk with the Arabat Spit.
These strikes against the Russian Federation’s military logistics are already yielding the first positive results. First, the Russian occupiers have reduced the number of offensive operations in southern Ukraine. Second, near-panic has broken out among the enemy in Crimea.
According to the Ukrainian partisan movement “Atesh,” Russian officials and FSB officers have begun hastily evacuating their families from the annexed peninsula.
