The partisans cut off power to the Atlant-Aero plant.

An agent of the Ukrainian partisan movement “Atesh” in Taganrog, in Russia’s Rostov Region, carried out a sabotage operation that disrupted the production of attack drones for the Russian army. This was reported by the "Atesh" movement.

According to “Atesh,” a resistance fighter set fire to a power substation that powers the “Atlant-Aero” military plant in Taganrog. The damage to the power substation is significant. It will take a long time to restore it. And during that time, “Atlant-Aero” will be unable to continue assembling unmanned aerial systems or manufacturing electronics and space equipment.

The “Atlant-Aero” plant is a key player in its sector within Russia’s military-industrial complex. It produces “Molniya” strike and reconnaissance UAVs, “Orion” heavy drones (capable of carrying up to 250 kg of payload), control systems for FPV drones, and much more. This facility is a legitimate target for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have previously attacked “Atlant-Aero” in Taganrog on multiple occasions. For example, on January 13 and April 18, 2026. Fires were always reported on the plant’s premises following these strikes.
