The drone was removed from the beach and sent to Ankara for examination.
According to the agency, this is the same drone whose fragments were found five days ago on Kapisuyu Beach in the Kurujashile district.

What is known about the drone
The drone’s exact origin will be determined during an examination in Ankara, though it has been preliminarily identified as Russian.
The drone had been in the water for a long time. Its body and propellers are made of expanded polystyrene; the propellers are wooden, and the mounting screws are plastic.
According to preliminary data, the drone may have been capable of carrying ammunition; however, it was likely used as a decoy—launched ahead of strike drones to deceive air defense systems and radars.
