Lukashenko Met With Xi Jinping

The “long business trip” began in China.

Lukashenko arrived in China on a working visit, according to the dictator’s press service.

The highlight of the trip was a meeting with the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping on June 29.

After the working meeting, the leaders will continue their discussions over a traditional family dinner.

Lukashenko’s trip began immediately after two days of talks with Vladimir Putin. On June 26, Lukashenko met with him one-on-one at his residence in Valdai. And the next day, June 27, Lukashenko’s press secretary Natalia Eismont announced new talks with an expanded delegation. Following both meetings, neither the Belarusian nor the Russian side provided any information about their content or outcomes.

Earlier, in an interview with Al Arabiya TV, Lukashenko announced that he would be visiting Indonesia.
