"Belarusbank" Has Introduced Changes To Its Real Estate Loans

Belarusbank has introduced changes to the “Stroydom” loan. It can now be used to finance the construction or purchase of business apartments in mixed-use or residential complexes. The loan limit is up to 200,000 rubles, according to "Zerkalo".

This loan is available for a term of up to 12 years. It is issued at an annual interest rate of 14.9% for the construction or purchase of apartments. Repayment of the principal begins in the 13th month.

Earlier, “Zerkalo” explained what business apartments are. For example, they are classified as non-residential real estate, so specific requirements apply to them, including fire safety regulations. For instance, the premises must be equipped with smoke detectors and a fire alarm system.
