Helicopters are putting out the fire.
An industrial hangar caught fire in southeast Moscow; the fire covered an area of 3,000 square meters.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing Russian media.
Authorities state that the fire at 10 Avtomobilny Proezd occurred for unknown reasons. Footage circulated in the media shows thick black smoke billowing from the hangar’s walls.
At the same time, a large number of rescue workers were visible near the hangar, speaking with journalists who had also arrived at the scene of the emergency. The large number of rescue workers is due to the fact that the fire covered 3,000 square meters. Helicopters were also deployed to help extinguish the blaze.
The fire was subsequently contained, and after 5 a.m. on Saturday, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that there were no casualties or injuries.
As reported by Charter97.org, yesterday a fire broke out at the “Integral” factory in Minsk.
