Belarusians in Warsaw gathered at the Katyn Monument on Castle Square to honor the memory of the victims of the mass executions and deportations, so that not a single victim, nor any crime committed in the name of ideology, be forgotten, reports "Radyo Racyja".

The event was opened by Father Vyacheslav Barok

According to the event’s organizer, Vyacheslav Sivchik, leader of the “Razam” solidarity movement Vyacheslav Sivchik, this day is “not only a moment of mourning, but also a moment of responsibility for a future in which there will be no place for repression or persecution for political or other reasons.”
