A Motorcyclist Helped A Soligorsk Ambulance Buy Time For A Critically Ill Patient

An incident worthy of attention occurred in Soligorsk. Ambulance paramedic Vladislav Nevedomsky (you can read an interview with him here) shared a story on social media about how a caring motorcyclist came to the aid of the medical team, writes esoligorsk.by.

The ambulance was transporting a critically ill patient. The road was congested at the time—traffic was moving in a dense stream, and it was difficult for the ambulance, with its emergency lights flashing, to make headway. A motorcyclist from Minsk came to the rescue. He began actively helping: using gestures and maneuvers, he signaled to drivers that they needed to clear a path for the ambulance, explaining that someone’s life was at stake.

Thanks to his help, the patient was taken to the hospital faster.

In his post, the paramedic expressed his sincere gratitude: “Thank you so much—you played a part in saving this life.”
