The Game Between The Minsk And Moscow Dynamo Teams Ended In A Mass Brawl Among The Players

After the final buzzer sounded in the Mayor’s Cup final—which was won by Moscow’s Dynamo (4–1)—a brawl broke out on the ice at the Megasport Arena involving players from the Russian team and Minsk’s Dynamo.

It was largely sparked by an incident that had taken place a couple of minutes earlier. Moscow forward Andrei Nikonov knocked Minsk “Bisons” defenseman Nicolas Melosh to the ice. As a result, Melosh was injured—most likely with a broken leg.

It all ended in a massive brawl, footage of which was posted by the KHL’s Telegram channel .
