Trump: I Hope A Peace Agreement Will Be Reached Between Ukraine And Russia Before Winter

According to the U.S. president, he has spoken with Zelenskyy many times.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he wants Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin to agree on a ceasefire.

His remarks were quoted by Clash Report, according to “UniAn”.

The reporter asked Trump whether he had discussed the issue of Patriot missiles with Zelenskyy. However, the U.S. president declined to answer that question.

Instead, Trump stated that he had spoken with Zelenskyy many times. According to him, the presidents of Ukraine and Russia want to end the war.

“I want Zelenskyy to reach an agreement with Putin, and I want Putin to reach an agreement with him,” the U.S. president emphasized.

Trump noted that he hopes Ukraine and Russia will reach an agreement in the near future, possibly even before winter sets in.
