Ukrainian State Border Guard Service: Belarus Periodically Activates Relay Stations For Russian Drones

Earlier, the Ukrainian president had called on Lukashenko to remove them.

Belarus periodically activates repeaters that amplify the signal for Russian drones during attacks on Ukraine.

This was stated by Andrei Demchenko , spokesperson for the State Border Service of Ukraine , during a broadcast on Den.LIVE.

He explained that the repeaters are activated, in particular, when the aggressor country launches drones toward the western regions.

“Russia’s actions in striking our western regions demonstrate that repeaters, which supplied the signal for Russian drones, continue to operate or are periodically activated on Belarusian territory,” noted the State Border Service spokesperson.

At the same time, Demchenko reported that border guards have not yet detected any buildup of troops, personnel, or movement of military equipment along the border with Belarus.

As a reminder, in June, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to Alexander Lukashenko to to dismantle the relay stations.
