Meanwhile, the city’s mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that a fire broke out on the grounds of an uninhabited building in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district. Emergency services are already on their way to the scene, he added.

On September 3, it was reported that in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, a Russian drone struck a nine-story residential building, damaging several floors and causing a fire. Twenty-five people were evacuated from the building. In addition, UAV debris fell in three districts of Kyiv; among the six people injured was a 12-year-old girl.

This marks the ninth consecutive day of uninterrupted Russian attacks on the capital using rocket-propelled drones. On September 3, air raid alerts were sounded seven times in Kyiv. In the Kyiv region, new damage to warehouses has been reported.
