They're asking 12 times more for them than they cost from the manufacturer.

A listing has appeared on the eBay online auction site for a watch from the Belarusian “Luch” factory’s limited-edition “108 Minutes” collection. The listing price is several times higher than the manufacturer’s original price. This model is now sold out, according to “Zerkalo”.

A user from Germany has listed the watch for sale. According to the description, it is new, in its original packaging, and comes with documentation. The starting price of the auction is 2,500 euros (8,934 rubles at the National Bank’s exchange rate as of September 5). However, they are also available via the “Buy Now” option for 5,700 euros (20,370 rubles).

This watch model is no longer in stock on the Belarusian manufacturer’s website. However, the price (for some reason listed in Russian rubles) at which they were sold is indicated as 45,600 Russian rubles. That’s nearly 454 euros or 1,621 Belarusian rubles. Thus, the starting price on eBay is five times higher than the original retail price, and the direct sale price is 12 times higher.

The renowned watch manufacturer released the limited-edition “108 Minutes” collection in April 2026. It was dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the first human spaceflight. The Russian state corporation “Roscosmos” served as a partner on the project. The name refers to the duration of Yuri Gagarin’s flight aboard the “Vostok-1” spacecraft—that is exactly how long it took to orbit the Earth.

Another distinctive feature of the watch is its 24-hour dial: the hand completes a full circle not in 12 hours, but in one day. This is also a nod to space: on the ISS, the crew uses the 24-hour clock format in their work schedules. In addition, the hands are shaped like the “Vostok 8K72K” launch vehicle.
