On Instagram, the Grodno Traffic Police came up with an unusual way to remind pedestrians of the need to wear a reflector after dark. To do this, they invited Russian singer MakSim to appear in a video, according to "Zerkalo".

The video begins with a traffic police inspector speaking. He addresses pedestrians, saying that if they “don’t want to listen” to his colleagues, then they should listen to the singer MakSim.

“Dear residents of Grodno and Belarusians,” she said after the traffic officer’s remarks. “If you’re walking along roads at night, don’t forget to bring a reflector with you.”

“Along the roads at night” is a line from Maksim’s popular song “Do You Know,” released in 2006 on the singer’s debut album. In addition to this track, other hits from the album included “A Difficult Age,” “Become the Wind,” and “Tenderness.”

Although the shot featuring MakSim contains no identifying landmarks indicating that she is physically filming in Belarus, it appears that the video was not generated by artificial intelligence.
