Budanov added: “We are all working together to achieve a just and lasting peace for Ukraine.”

The Reuters reports that national security advisers from the United Kingdom, France, and Germany have arrived in Kyiv.

Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the start of negotiations.

The American delegation arrived in the Ukrainian capital by train. A meeting with the Ukrainian president’s special envoys is expected today. Moreover, European officials will also take part in the meeting. “Some representatives of our European partners, in particular the British, will also join the talks with Whitcoff and Kushner today,” reported Ukrainian journalist Yulia Zabelina.
