  • 7.09.2026, 7:37

The UAVs flew 1,500 kilometers.

In the Russian city of Perm, local residents are reporting drone swarms flying overhead and explosions. Locals indicate that several sites may be under attack by UAVs.

Monitoring groups are posting videos taken by Russians showing groups of drones flying over the city, according to “Focus”.

Local social media groups also report that facilities such as “Permnefteorgsintez” (also known as the Perm Oil Refinery), one of Ozon’s distribution centers, and one of Russia’s defense industry enterprises may be under attack.

Later, Osinter users added that residents of Perm continue to report sightings of "significant groups" of drones. Locals also say that the “Perm” Linear Production and Dispatch Station (LPDS) may be under attack.

The Astra project notes that Perm had previously come under drone attack. At that time, the UAV attack likely damaged the primary atmospheric-vacuum oil distillation unit at the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez (PNOS) refinery.

It should be noted that the distance from the Ukrainian border to Perm is 1,500 kilometers.
