Ukraine Has Found A Cheap Way To Shoot Down Russian "Banderole" Drones

Ukraine has developed a new air defense system capable of shooting down Russian S8000 “Banderole” missiles. This was reported by the Brave1 consortium.

The company noted that modern technological warfare is constantly evolving, and the enemy is not standing still.

“One of its latest developments is the ‘Banderole’ drone missile, which the Russians are using to terrorize peaceful cities. Now Ukraine has a new technological response. A system developed by a Brave1 partner is already destroying ‘Banderole’ missiles. Moreover, the cost of shooting them down is significantly lower than the cost of the drone missiles themselves,” the statement reads.

Brave1 emphasized that several products capable of countering the “Banderole” are already available today.

“We are developing and scaling innovative solutions to protect Ukrainian cities,” the company added.
