Drapaty Overturned Syrsky's Decision Regarding Belarus

What is known about the decision by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapaty reversed the decision of his predecessor Oleksandr Syrskyi, who had transferred command of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces from the Dobropillia sector to Volyn this summer—to repel a potential offensive from Belarus. This is reported by “Ukrainska Pravda” citing its own sources.
“Upon taking office, Drapaty reversed this decision and transferred the corps’ command to Zaporizhzhia (which the 7th Corps actually welcomed, since objectively speaking, they had no business being in Volyn),” the Ukrayinska Pravda article states.
As the publication notes, Russian troops are amassing forces in the Huliaipole area of the Zaporizhzhia region. They plan to use this settlement to form a “large loop”—a ring to encircle the city of Zaporizhzhia itself.
Several sources interviewed by UP reported that Drapaty, following the NATO model, is seeking to return the Joint Forces Command to its “default settings”—and place the entire front under its control.
