Russia has killed at least 12 people in Kyiv.
The Head of the European Union Delegation to Ukraine Katarina Maternová published a detailed post with information about the overnight Russian strike on Kyiv and its suburbs.
She wrote about this on the social media platform X.
Maternova stated that Russia killed at least 12 people in Kyiv, and another 34 were injured.
She told her followers that in the Solomensky district of Kyiv, Russia had destroyed the upper floors of a nine-story residential building. She also noted that Russia had struck a children’s hospital.
Maternova recalled that last night a Russian drone attacked the National Police headquarters in Zhytomyr, killing three people and wounding 53.
“Let’s be frank: this is not a war on the battlefield. Soldiers are not fighting other soldiers. Russia is killing civilians and bombing residential buildings and children’s hospitals. We must speak out loudly about this. We must write about it so that the world remembers the war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine,” the diplomat added.
