Ten people were injured as a result of an attack by the Russian Armed Forces on Kramatorsk. Slavyansk was also targeted; there, the occupying forces struck a store in a residential neighborhood.

The Russian Armed Forces attacked a store in Slavyansk that had people inside at 8:20 a.m. today, August 20, reported the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin.

In addition to Slavyansk, Kramatorsk was also hit. Starting at 10:50 a.m., Russian forces struck the city nine times. Preliminary reports indicate the enemy used FAB-250 aerial bombs with UMPC modules. Hits were recorded at a store, a factory, and an infrastructure facility.

Footage of a burning supermarket has been posted online after it was attacked with an IED. Seven people were injured. Major casualties were avoided thanks to evacuation measures taken in advance.

All emergency services are currently on the scene.

“The Russians are once again striking cities in broad daylight—targeting stores, businesses, and residential neighborhoods. It’s dangerous to stay in Donbas! Stay safe and evacuate to safer regions!” Filashkin warned.
